Together they account for 246 source-video mentions, 387 named dish records and 68.5M accumulated source views.
The score becomes useful only when it stays attached to its evidence: the source video, the restaurant identity, the dishes, the date and the limits of a single opinion. The mean Creator Score in this slice is 82.6, with a range from 45 to 97. 14 restaurant(s) have more than one source video, which is the clearest available sign that a reaction repeats beyond one creator.
Snow's BBQ leads this evidence view, with Burnt Bean Company also near the top. The names matter less than the structure behind them: score, source depth and a concrete dish should be read together.
The evidence ledger
The table is generated from the reviewed TrendBites catalog. Scores describe the source creator's reaction; the source count shows how many collected videos support the record. Named dishes are included because they make the recommendation testable and useful.
What the numbers do—and do not—show
A Creator Score is extracted from the creator's expressed reaction to the food and normalized to a 100-point scale. It deliberately excludes likes and raw view totals. Identity matching, named dishes, source metadata and manual review remain separate checks because a confident score attached to the wrong restaurant is still wrong.
This slice represents 100.0% of the current 226-restaurant catalog. Its most frequent source channels are Jordan Bentley Eats (28), Food Network (18), New Jersey Uncovered (15). Channel frequency is disclosed because a dataset dominated by one publisher can look broader than it is; source diversity should improve as the pipeline collects more independent coverage.

For editorial decisions, the strongest candidates are records that combine a specific order, a clear food-focused reaction and more than one independent source. Single-source records remain useful discoveries, but they should be treated as leads to investigate rather than settled consensus.
